Jamie has expressed his disapproval of abortion. He believes abortion is violence toward the fetus and therefore opposes it. However, Jamie believes that euthanasia should be provided to consenting "individuals of sound mind."

Official Liberal Party policy is pro-abortion and pro-LGBT ideology. In fact, Trudeau's candidate selection process, instituted May 7, 2014, forbids any pro-life Canadians from running as Liberal Party candidates. The only way they would be allowed to run is if they promise to vote in favour of abortion whenever such legislation comes up.

Official NDP policy is pro-abortion. All NDP candidates must sign papers accepting the party position in favour of killing children in-utero and in favour of taxpayer funding of abortion. In December 2020, this MP voted to dramatically expand the euthanasia killing regime in Canada under Bill C-7. Then, on March 11, 2021, the entire NDP caucus actually voted AGAINST the horrible amended version of euthanasia expansion Bill C-7 that allows assisted suicide for people suffering from mental illness alone.

In June 2021, this MP voted against pro-life Bill C-233, introduced by Conservative MP Cathay Wagantall, to outlaw the horrific practice of sex-selective abortion, in which unborn babies are killed for no other reason than their sex.

Later that month, the MP disgracefully revealed herself to be an enemy of parental rights, and science, by voting to pass Bill C-6, legislation that will jail parents for up to 5 years if they dare to affirm their gender-confused child in their biological sex.
