Erin's position on abortion is unclear, but he told a CLC leader he would follow Prime Minister Harper's policy of "not reopening the debate". He reiterated that he would not "re-open the abortion debate" during the Conservative Leadership campaign, during an interview with iPolitics.

In his relatively short career as an MP, O'Toole has only had the opportunity to vote on one pro-life bill. That was Bill C-225 which sought to protect pregnant mothers and their preborn children from violent assault. He voted properly.

Sadly, Erin voted in favour of the reckless 'transsexual Bathroom Bill", C-279, which puts young girls at greater risk from sexual predators by granting biological males a legal right to use girls washrooms, changerooms and showers by merely claiming to have an interior "feeling" of being a woman.

In the race for Leadership of the Conservative Party of Canada, O'Toole admitted that he supports decriminalization of marijuana, a dangerous gateway drug that often leads to harder substances like cocaine and heroin. O’Toole suggested the Party should not try to reverse Trudeau’s legalization of the harmful narcotic, which as a result of legalization will obviously become more accessible to children and youth.

Also in the Leadership race, O'Toole made the disturbing vow that he "will not bring forward government legislation on abortion", signifying that he has no commitment to ending the decades-long regime of killing pre-born children in Canada.

In 2018, O'Toole endorsed the homosexual pride parade, an annual gay festival that features buck naked men in the streets of Toronto, mock sex acts, and portrayals of sexual bondage.

Official party policy is pro-abortion and anti-traditional marriage. In fact, Trudeau's new candidate selection process, instituted May 7, 2014, forbids any pro-life Canadians from running as Liberal Party candidates. The only way they would be allowed to run, is if they promise to vote in favour of abortion whenever such legislation comes up.

Official NDP policy is pro-abortion. All NDP candidates must sign papers accepting the party position in favour of killing children in-utero and in favour of taxpayer funding of abortion.
