This individual was the PPC candidate in the 2019 federal election. While he chose not to directly answer our questions, Mr. Muir admitted that, like many, he has not given much thought to the matter of abortion in Canada as the situation seemed to be viewed as settled. However, he believes he would consider himself pro-life as he feels abortions should be a last resort. He would have to consider each piece of legislation carefully before making a decision on how he would vote, as he thinks the subject is more nuanced than a simply yes or no. He concluded by saying, "If I value anything it is the truth and I am not interested in giving that up regardless of the circumstances."

Fraser has voted in a pro-death and anti-family manner every single time that life issues came up in the House of Commons. On March 11, 2021, this MP voted to dramatically expand the euthanasia killing regime in Canada under Bill C-7, even extending it to people suffering from mental illness alone.

In June 2021, the MP voted against pro-life Bill C-233, introduced by Conservative MP Cathay Wagantall, to outlaw the horrific practice of sex-selective abortion, in which unborn babies are killed for no other reason than their sex.

Later that month, this MP disgracefully revealed himself to be an enemy of parental rights, and science, by voting to pass Bill C-6, legislation that will jail parents for up to 5 years if they dare to affirm their gender-confused child in their biological sex.
