Side-by-Side Candidate Comparison in the Riding of Prince Albert

In June 2021, this MP rightly voted in favour of pro-life Bill C-233, introduced by Conservative MP Cathay Wagantall, to outlaw the horrific practice of sex-selective abortion, in which unborn babies are killed for no other reason than their sex.

Also in June 2021, this MP voted against Justin Trudeau’s parental prosecution bill, C-6, which seeks to put parents in jail up to 5 years if they dare to affirm their gender-confused child in their biological sex.

MP Hoback responded to CLC's 2015 election questionnaire with mostly good answers. Unfortunately however, he stated that he believes it is acceptable to kill the preborn child if she or he was conceived during an act of rape. In CLC's view, that is not a legitimate exception for abortion owing to the fact that the baby girl or boy is totally blameless and does not deserve to be punished for her / his father's crime. Randy's voting record on life & family issues is mostly good, although he has a bad vote when in 2012, he voted against against science by opposing Motion 312 to study whether a child in the womb is a human being based on the preponderence of evidence from modern medical science.

Official Liberal Party policy is pro-abortion & pro-LGBT ideology. Rating based on the fact that Trudeau's candidate selection process, instituted May 7, 2014, forbids any pro-life Canadians from running as Liberal Party candidates. They only way they would be allowed to run is if they promise to vote in favour of abortion whenever such legislation comes up.
