According to his responses to CLC's 2019 federal election survey, he is neither purely pro-abortion nor fully pro-life.

He supports abortion in the first trimester and refers to it in the abortion industry's euphemestic lingo, as a "right".

He seems to be generally supportive of euthanasia, and does not support conscience rights for healthcare workers, suggesting they deserve to be demoted or forced out of the career if they refuse to commit, or refer their patients to, procedures the deem to be immoral.

On September 27, 2017, Liberal MP Damoff released an official Liberal Party screed against the pro-life Conservative MP, Rachael Harder. It was in response to Harder's nomination to the House of Commons Standing Committee on the Status of Women. Damoff employed typical Liberal ideological bluster and childish rhetoric, including the irrelevant fact that "this is 2017", to justify her attack on Harder. The Liberal MP expressed indignation that anyone would dare oppose abortion-on-demand, and falsely characterized the ability to kill babies in the womb as some sort of human right. Damoff also singled out Campaign Life Coalition - and thereby all of CLC's supporters - as an object of Liberal scorn. Additionally, on March 11, 2021, this MP voted to dramatically expand the euthanasia killing regime in Canada under Bill C-7, even extending it to people suffering from mental illness alone.

In June 2021, Damoff voted against pro-life Bill C-233, introduced by Conservative MP Cathay Wagantall, to outlaw the horrific practice of sex-selective abortion, in which unborn babies are killed for no other reason than their sex.

Later that month, Damoff disgracefully revealed herself to be an enemy of parental rights, and science, by voting to pass Bill C-6, legislation that will jail parents for up to 5 years if they dare to affirm their gender-confused child in their biological sex.

2. Are there any circumstances under which you believe a woman should have access to abortion? no response"I was adopted so I naturally do not believe in abortions. My personal opinions & experiences are my own and should not reflect how I vote on legislation. We need to make the decisions that helps Canadians and humanity overall & create a society where a women is well supported to make the correct decision to not abort, have the child, give it up for adoption and move on with her life. We do not believe the Federal government should interfere with a persons rights. 3. If elected, would you vote in favour of a law to protect all unborn children from the time of conception (fertilization) onward? no response"No. The problem is how to enforce this law. 4. If elected, will you vote to pass laws protecting people from euthanasia and assisted-suicide, and vote to reject laws that would expand euthanasia and assisted-suicide? no response"No...People must have the freedoms to make their own decisions and take personal responsbility. Every case is different. We must assess the mental health and assume the person has strong family support. "----
5. Do you support the conscience rights of health care professionals to refuse to do or refer for medical procedures which they oppose? no response"yes, if they are willing to take a pay cut, demotion or change of career.
